Target Robin

Tried to use credit from my Returns Card but the online checkout is rubbish. It took the money off my card but didn't apply it to the amount owed. So the full amount was charged to my card! Nobody at Target seems to care either. They don't often have anything on offer I like, or if they do I can get it cheaper elsewhere, and if I finally see something I want it's not in stock. This store must be managed by Mr Bean. I place an order for two items I wanted and could finally get rid of my credit after several years and their checkout stuffs it up. So now I'm still stuck with this useless credit. It's infuriating. Lucky it lasts for 4 years, might take that long to redeem it! Worse yet you can't purchase gift cards with the Returns Card to get something you actually need. Nope. You're stuck in credit limbo with these turkeys. I should've just gone into the store instead of relying on their buggy online system. I'm so fed up with this I think I will write a letter direct to the CEO. Maybe the CEO cares enough to have the online checkout system working properly? Oh well with Christmas coming up there's got to be something I can buy at that useless store! Then never again, more hassle than its worth. Hopefully my order turns up ok. 🙏

I can't really comment on how it looked because I was too taken aback by the stench to notice much else. It smelled like damp urine throughout the entrance and clothes sections, I even went to grab a shirt off the rack and got smacked in the face with a wave of damp urine, I'm guessing it's a Robina town centre problem cause Kmart had the same stench.

Today the 24/10/2023 myself, and my kids were shopping in Target Robina town centre when my son Jesse aged(8) currently diagnosed with autism. He had a major accident, and had gone to the bathroom in his pants and had then managed to get it all over his hands and everywhere else.(this has never EVER happened) Amie seen we were super frustrated/upset and came over to help, her kindness really helped the messy situation alot better. Amie assisted us thoroughly, she escorted us to the staff bathrooms, gave me wet wipes, we had access to towels, soap, disinfectant etc. She also asked what clothes, shoes,socks he would need. She waited patiently outside untill I had finished wiping my son down(it took about 45 minutes doing so) Amie was so amazing and I really cannot have asked for anyone better to be in the store at the time to lend me a hand. I was really upset and so was my son. She asked if my son needed anything else after we had finished cleaning up(and he had said to her a big hug) he really was super overwhelmed. The whole way home he kept saying "how lovely she was" Amie really wowed us! I believe she is the biggest asset to you're company, she showed her professionalism throughout the entire time even though it was a disgusting time. I have never dealt with a worker as kind hearted as her. Thankyou so much Amie for going above and beyond and completely out of you're way to help. 🩷

I love the products but honestly felt like the lady at checkout was super snappy and plainly rude. Trying to explain pricing hasn’t been updated from their system which is fine but tells me in a rude manner she can’t help if I’m right in the middle meaning in front of the machine Super shocked at her snappy attitude (not a thanks you, please, sorry, smile) just super unfriendly and make customers uncomfortable. The young guy at the entry was very friendly and smiling.
